The YA series Uglies, penned by Scott Westerfield, will soon get the graphic novel treatment. Apparently a film adaptation or two is underway as well. We'll see how The Hunger Games fairs as a film franchise and will keep an eye out for these Uglies GN's and films too as studios tray to catch the Harry Potter series lightening in a bottle.
