I stumbled across this list a couple months ago. Most disconcerting is the relatively few publishers who'll work with writers with original stories they can't draw themselves, like me :-) And the ones that do seem to have a very specific guidelines concerning the kinds of stories they'll take :-/
Ah, but I see the list was updated last month! I'll have to give it another look.
